> **Pros**: BI4C has been invaluable in delivering efficiencies in our management reporting. It really addresses the limitations of analysis in MYOB AccountRight particularly allowing us to report on multiple Companies (MYOB files) together and run a simple P\&L consolidation. 
Customer support is excellent and the product is good value for money.
Ability to drill down into the numbers

> **Cons**: Reporting is pretty flexible but there are limitations in analysis e.g. calculation of bespoke ratios/ KPIs
Does take time to get used to the platform and navigate the functionality, particularly once you get into building own reports.

> **Pros**: Amazing flexibility on reporting, and much easier customisation, which we can manage internally. Ease of Scheduling reports for Various people and groups.

> **Cons**: No real challenges, learning the revised version to move on from the old version took a while but got there eventually.

> We use MYOB (Acumatica) ERP system which is highly customised system that has endless amounts of Data in it. However the standard or customised reports are not easily changed, without quite a process, and very technical to create yourself. Bi4 allows us to change the reports all the time or create new ones. We underwent the massive task of upgrading from MYOB AccountRight to Acumatica and we kept the Bi4 system. The support team are highly responsive and always forthcoming with solutions or work arounds to get what I am trying to achieve.

> **Pros**: We use MYOB + BI4cloud to run multiple divisions, with monthly Job budgets. It was the solution for our needs and we have been happily using it for around 7 years now.  When I saw that we had been converted to the new workbooks version i was a little worried my tried-and-true processes would impacted.  I am so pleased to report the new Workbooks version eliminates the manual excel spreadsheets to create reports / dashboards.

BI4cloud has become an essential part of our business. Back in 2021 when we started we had 1 License now we are running 5 Licenses and BI4Cloud everyday.
