> **Pros**: I hesitated to switch as I thought I it would be a nightmare from past experiences. It ended up being super easy and we were rolling in just a couple days. I couldn’t believe it. 

The software is incredibly easy to use, and their support actually responds\!

From implementation to learning the system to using it for 6 months, it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for our dealership. Their team has been fantastic at walking us through things to get up to speed.

If you’re looking for a new dealer management system - this absolutely must be on your list.

> **Pros**: I absolutely love being able to manage our operations from anywhere. Having something cloud-based gives us incredible flexibility to operate on-the-go. They are constantly adding features and making the software better. The user-interface is years ahead of anything else we looked at.

> **Cons**: Their lead management area gets the job done. But I would love if there were a few more advanced features to help cultivate leads built in to the system.

> Working with the DealerRock team has been exceptional. They are highly responsive, take feedback into consideration and always address any issues we have. We haven't had many that weren't caused by our own mistakes - but they always take care of things quickly if something arises.
