> **Pros**: For the price it is very hard to come by a software that will provide ERP solutions without paying 10's of thousands a year

> **Cons**: Where do I start?

1. They do not provide reliable customer support, average response time is about a week.

2. When they do respond usually it is to tell you to pay again for support and then they will look into it.

3. There are CONSTANTLY issues with the functionality you will ever be sure of your inventory levels.

4. They will make changes and assure you that they are upgrade proof then turn around and tell you to take a hike or pay thousands to get back functionality that used to exist.
