Most plugins tend to possess useful functionalities but when they are heavy to an extent where they just overuse your site's CPU, then, they become useless at some point and this is where the WPForms plugin scored the best. It's equally flexible and supports drag \& drop. This plugin has helped me for more than 3 years now, to create and manage newsletter sign-ups, polls, quizzes, and more. It easily integrates with Mailchimp and a few other CRMs giving me that combo to effectively grow my email lists. I really like this plugin for its lightness \& effectiveness too. I receive either new entry submissions or summary notifications every single week, giving it(WPForms) an"A+" for its steady \& effective deliverability. There are many other reasons why you should consider WPForms for your business. For example, with the paid plan you can easily Integrate Paypal add-ons to your website, create dynamic user registration forms, create surveys and the list goes on...
