> **Pros**: It has very user friendly interface. It has so many features in one app. It's an amazing app.

> **Cons**: MEFTiiCOMM has covered everything and there is nothing negative about it.

> It provides communications across hospitals/ healthcare facilities and seamless transition from one facility to other facilities. I am able to have telemedicine visit with patient while on video call with colleagues without leaving my office. ER physicians and hospitalists can directly reach out to me  when i am on call without answering services and hospital secretaries involvement.
