When I signed up for the annual subscription, I was promised “unlimited” minutes, which is why I chose this option. Suddenly, it's limited to 120 minutes per month. When you contact support, they just say they had to change it and are in no way willing to find a good solution. I'm really speechless—I've never experienced such poor treatment of customers anywhere else.

> **Pros**: It is highly customizable.  You can use your own avatars, create avatars from photos, etc.  I also like the mouth movement.  The movement on some other avatars is very unnatural.  HeyGen scores high on the naturalness of the movement, but can always improve.

> **Cons**: The voices are limited, but you can easily import voices from 3d party clients.
> 
> If you are using your own photo with a background, the AI may interpret the background as the avatar, and it will move along with the avatar.  Can likely be fixed in photoshop, but that adds more time.  Just be aware.  There's also a bit of a learning curve with the software, but that's always the case.  Minimal learning curve if you have some experience with AI video generation software. I played around with other vendors before settling on HeyGen.
