- **Pricing Details**: Working with Holidu is 100% risk-free. Our goal is to help hosts succeed, which is why we do not charge any pre-payments when hosts are signing up. This means that Holidu will first optimize your online presence with texts, photos and optimized pricings and only once you receive your first booking a one-time activation fee of 80-150€ and a commission per booking of 5-8% is being charged (depending on the location of your property). After your first booking, the commission is deducted directly and offset against the guest payments, so that you will always receive the correct payment and you do not have to worry about anything else.

Plataforma que gestiona todas nuestras propiedades a la vez facilita mucho la labor de gestión de nuestro negocio.

> **Cons**: El precio final de comisiones de Holidu sumado a los de las demás plataformas incrementan muchísimo el precio del alquiler vacacional estipulado por el propietario. El cliente final llega a pagar hasta un 23% más.

> En general nuestra experiencia como empresa combinada con Holidu es muy buena. Pero el precio en comisiones es muy elevado. Teniendo en cuenta la cantidad de plataformas a las que Holidu ofrece propiedades de debería obtener mejor porcentaje de comisión.
