My organization has been searching for Executive Chefs and General Managers of fine-dining restaurants which is a really unique space to recruit in. LinkedIn Recruiter has helped me narrow down candidates by cuisine, previous restaurants, and other important features. It was easy to learn and remains easy to maintain.

> **Cons**: The recruiter seats which allow you to do custom searches and reach out to candidates are the most expensive feature. In order to collaborate, you need everyone involved in recruitment to have a recruiter seat which was not in our budget.
