It would be amazing to be able to schedule individual messages like you can with campaigns. It would also be nice to be able to send the same message to all addresses associated with an individual lead. The templates are great when there is no need to add lead-specific information, but if there is any level of individuality required (for example, a family's overdue tuition), the edit workflow is too click-intensive to use. It also far too easy to change the status of a lead without changing the status of individual children. > > There is definitely a learning curve, but this is a powerful CRM once up to speed. The system has weaknesses as an individual messaging platform, but is very strong for mass communications, especially when multiple business locations are involved.
