> **Cons**: Very bad customer support. We had change to a competitor days before launch because we had no access to our dashboard and they were unresponsive. Also for basic set up we needed assistance because it was not possible to do some things ourselves. This doesn't have to be bad but because we're a small company they were not very quick to respond and not proactive in helping us. For enterprise companies it might be a good solution but for start ups definitely not recommended. In the end we didn't end up using the product because we couldn't get it to work before launch but they did make us pay for a few more months because of the cancelation clause..

> **Pros**: Bij Stichting Babyspullen rijden we elke werkdag door een groot deel van Nederland met ritten die optimaal gepland zijn met Routigo software. De chauffeur hoeft geen adressen meer in te toetsen: die koppeling met een navigatie app werkt helemaal top.

> **Cons**: Jammer dat ervoor gekozen is om de Routigo app niet met Android Auto te laten werken. Het bekijken van de info uit de app op een groter scherm is een wens van onze transport vrijwilligers.
> 
> Ook als stichting met maar één transport bus krijgen wij supersnel en op prettige wijze support.
Sinds we Routigo gebruiken kunnen we transport op efficiëntere manier inzetten, belangrijk voor een stichting die afhankelijk is van donaties.

Een maatwerk platform, simpel in gebruik en super overzichtelijk

> **Cons**: ik ondervind op dit moment geen nadelen van het platform.
> 
> Vriendelijke mensen, goede support, denken mee ook in het financiële stukje. Er is flexibiliteit en dat is erg prettig.

> **Pros**: Makkelijk in gebruik. Een erg handige tool voor koeriers om hun route te plannen en stops bij te houden.

> **Cons**: In de nieuwe versie die we nu gebruiken zijn voor ons wat verbeterpunten. Zo blijven stops na afhandeling op de kaart staan en is het toevoegen van adressen in de scanner niet meer mogelijk.
> 
> Het is een erg fijne tool voor koeriers. Zelden problemen en snelle support.
