> **Pros**: The most positive aspect of Upgrow is their customer service. They always reply immediately and always are very very helpful. This level of communication is priceless.

Also I want to mention that my IG account is thriving and I haven't had any issues whatsoever. I need to mention this because in the past I've hired people to do this kind of work - but even then it would sometimes result in my account getting blocked. Because of over-activity basically. Or fake followers.

Upgrow has worked it out very nicely. It's clear they know what they're doing. I'm happy I stumbled upon them this year\!"

The Upgrow team definitely delivers on Instagram growth\! As soon as I signed up, my dedicated campaign manager-\[sensitive content hidden\]-arranged a phone call to kick things off. The first piece of advice he gave was to start posting more stories. That same evening, I posted my first story and also posted the same video to my Reels. Within a few weeks that Reel gained over 2k plays\! Over 3 months, my account grew from 21 followers to 1500+ followers. They're real people that are interested in my content; not bots.

Unfortunately I can not even speak of their service of IG followers, I cancelled it after the 2st month precisely because I was not very convinced of the quality... now I understand why \!

I originally signed up in June 2024 and paid $69. I believed the service had been stopped after that. Then, after a long period of silence, charges suddenly started again in September 2025.

Here is what happened on my side:

Jun 2024: $69
Sep 2025: $69
Oct 2025: $69
Nov 2025: $99
Dec 2025: $199
Jan 2026: $199
Feb 2026: $199
Mar 2026: $199

That is a total of $1,102 charged, with $1,033 beyond the initial payment I expected.

What I find especially unacceptable is:

I never received any clear email notice of reactivation, renewal, or price increase.
The billing restarted after a long gap.
The price then increased from $69 to $99 and then to $199.
In my account, there was no straightforward self-service cancellation option. The “manage subscription” function only opened a chatbot instead of letting me directly cancel.

In my opinion, these are very poor billing and cancellation practices. At a minimum, customers should receive clear notice before rebilling and before major price increases, and they should be able to cancel easily without having to fight through a chatbot.

I am now disputing these charges and requesting cancellation and a refund.

> **Cons**: We signed a customer up for their Turbo AI Plan and selected USA and Canada targets. The Upgrow dashboard shows 75% came from these markets, our customers' IG account shows 85% came from Bangladesh. 

We only received 1,027 Followers of the "3,500 - 5,000+ Real Followers /mo" in their Turbo Plan. 

We have contacted them several times to cancel the account, but they refuse to respond and continue to bill our credit card $299/month.
