> **Pros**: Digital Childcare is a very intuitive and easy to navigate program.  This program makes transition from paper documentation to the digital world nearly seamless and stress free.
Having a single platform to track and store operational documentation is hands down the greatest feature.
Further, Digital Childcare has amazing Customer Service.  They respond within hours, even for minor edits, and will hold video calls for full support and demos whenever requested.  They're extremely personable and you know you're dealing with real people.

> **Cons**: So far I have little to complain about.  my only two cons would be the inability to directly edit certain parent details and instead need to request helpdesk assistance to do so.  Digital Childcare is very quick to respond and make said changes, plus it's a minor security feature, but I'd rather have that ease to edit personally as the primary administrator (especially if just spelling errors).
Second, my only other issue is creating forms from scratch.  As someone used to designing all school documents I wish this feature was more in available in the users hands.  however, Digital Childcare also provides direct assistance to make as many changes and create documents to our fit our schools needs as we request.  Mainly I wish as the admin user I had more direct control of certain features to prevent extra work on Digital Childcare themselves.
