> **Pros**: The Hark solution is easy to use and provides an out of the box solution to monitor the status of the energy sensors that it connects to with a number of built in metrics and visualizations.
> 
> **Cons**: There were a number of additional metrics that would have been useful within the Hark Platform, such as when a device last restarted, how many restarts over a given period and a number of solution specific attributes such as meter location however having discussed with Hark they have agreedto add to the product backlog.
> 
> Harks involvement on Connected Buildings went beyond the supply and support of their platform – they also developed bespoke software which integrated with proprietary 3rd party lighting systems and designed and manufactured a hardware component which reduced capital costs of the programme.  Whether it was solution development, execution of key operational and support processes or input into Sainsburys product roadmap Hark always brought a can-do attitude, energy, and innovation which underlined their expertise in the subject area.  I recommend anyone looking into this space to meet with Hark to understand how they can work together.

> **Cons**: With being at the infant stage of the partnership, there isn't much to report on in terms of cons right now. An area of challenge will be working out how much support is needed from Hark to accommodate a variety of data sets we may need.

> With recently partnering alongside Hark, we as an energy company are really keen to learn more about how we can understand energy usage and efficiency to support our customers. The Hark software, is really clean and slick in terms of its functionality and so far, the team at Hark have been great to work with. Really friendly people and easy communication. > **Cons**: Raising support tickets wasn't embedded from the start, this wasn't a problem as such as we had regular contact with little issues. It's there now.

> Hark are fantastic, innovative company who specialise in BMS read/write capability. Their features are the same as many other BMS controls out their in the market but what sets the bar is their demand response technology and their understanding of this importance for the future. We've developed a fantastic relationship with them over the years and they always will go above and beyond with the service.

The outputs of the innovation workshops are exactly what we were looking for to help us continue our innovation programme within Asda Logistics and look to find new and exciting ways to help us improve.
