> **Pros**: We were able to recently on-board a health care partner to Zoobook EHR, and billing-wise, it was cake easy. It manages insurance claims, authorizations and service documentation all in one.

> **Cons**: It's not as easy to customize it for non-behavioral health settings, and reporting should be a bit more flexible when dealing with multiple facilities or billing departments.
> 
> For customers, it made compliance cleaner and reimbursements faster. For us less support tickets came in as their workflows were finally synced between clinical and billing teams.

> **Cons**: The initial difficulty of learning the interface. I also dislike how intensive note writing is in Zoobook. Other EHR systems will include drop-down menus that help speed up the note-writing process.
