> I have been working with Artemis ABA since December and have been very impressed at the level of support that we have received as we have implemented the software. Aspire Oklahoma was entirely paper before we switched to Artemis, and it has been so helpful to switch from paper to digital. As clients make progress, we are able to immediately move them to their next goals, and the BCBA can monitor client progress easily from the computer, rather than tracking down 2-3 data sheets from different RBTs. We have been able to have weekly meetings with \[sensitive content hidden\] to troubleshoot any issue that comes up, as well as receive feedback and support from \[sensitive content hidden\], the on staff BCBA. We have also started using Artemis for our billing, and they have been so helpful in training our billings specialist on how to use Artemis to submit claims and see the billing cycle from the beginning to the end. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been very helpful with any billing questions, and has been available to join any last minute meetings to answer questions. We have been very happy with our decision to use Artemis ABA at our practice.

> **Pros**: Quick response time for help from a knowledgeable and helpful team member. Was generally easy to use and intuitive as a platform.

> **Cons**: Some changes could be made for minor quality of life, nothing major. Team members also were open to input and ideas. There is not currently an app but one is in development\!

> Overall I have found Artemis to be a great program with a very good team behind it. I would recommend them to others.
