All we wanted was a simple product to search call logs and run reports.  Cisco's CDR is less than stellar at this, but works in a pinch.  Other products cost a lot of money, and include features we weren't really needing.  So starting out, VOIPDetective does exactly what we want, and more.  As more features are added, it will become even more invaluable and useful to a wider range of customers.

You have nothing to lose by trying it out - you can get most of the features free, although it only stores the previous 2 weeks of data.  I really like this simple demo/trial setup.  No annoying banners, popups, emails, nothing.
