> **Pros**: Being able to provide a solution to answer so many of our frequently asked questions has been a great value to us and reduced the number of texts and calls to the management.  The guests are impressed by the technology and the capabilities.

> **Cons**: To get the most of the product you need to provide as many answers as you can, which can take a bit of effort.  However, I have found that this is an investment in reducing future calls and questions.

> The Virtual Concierge has been great in providing information to the guests and providing a mechanism for the guests to more easily get information and communicate back with the property management.
