Die bieten eine riesige Auswahl an steuerfreien Mitarbeiterbenefits, und besonders der Essenszuschuss ist der Hammer. Flexibel einsetzbar, super einfach in der Handhabung und das alles digital – das kommt nicht nur bei mir, sondern im ganzen Team super an.

Was ich an hrmony echt schätze, ist, wie unkompliziert alles ist. Die App ist intuitiv und macht das Einreichen von Belegen zum Kinderspiel. Und der Kundenservice? Immer da, wenn du ihn brauchst, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kein Vergleich zu unserem alten Anbieter.

Wenn ihr also überlegt, euren Mitarbeitern wirklich wertvolle Benefits zu bieten und dabei auch noch den administrativen Kram zu reduzieren, dann schaut euch hrmony mal an. Es lohnt sich\!

> **Pros**: As an Business the relationships with the providers are generally Commercial oriented and the client support is where improvement is needed the most. With Harmony, the emails and meetings professional relationships are different. We feel a lot more the willingness from the stakeholders to do better for their clients and the social aspect is not forgotten.

> **Cons**: As an administrator, I don't have access to any platform so no visibility on the active accounts of our employees. I believe this is where Harmony is currently working on to fulfill the needs of their clients.
