It gives field workers one mobile app for their schedule, safety forms, certifications, and site documents, and gives the office daily visibility into every jobsite from what those workers record.\n\nBecause the schedule lives in Corfix, workers check the app each day to see their assignment and the day's notes, and the forms that work requires are in the same place. Crews complete inspections, hazard assessments, toolbox talks, and incident reports on their phones, including offline, with photos, signatures, and GPS location captured at submission. Workers carry digital copies of their certifications, and binders holding procedures and safety data sheets open by QR code on site. Subcontractors and visitors can sign required documents through a QR code or kiosk without installing the app.\n\nFor safety managers and operations leads, Corfix tracks certifications per worker with expiry notifications and keeps every record organized by project, date, and worker for audits, regulatory inspections, and general contractor prequalification. Flagged forms can automatically create corrective action tasks. Scheduling for crews and equipment warns when a worker is double-booked or missing a certification the project requires. Dashboards and reports roll data up across projects.\n\nCorfix Assist, the platform's AI, adds plain-language summaries to completed forms and drafts digital templates from photos or PDFs of existing paper forms. Timekeeping is an add-on module with mobile time cards and a punch clock; it can require workers to complete outstanding safety forms before they punch out, and exports approved hours for payroll.\nCorfix runs on iOS, Android, and Fire tablets in English, French, and Spanish, and includes an open API at no additional cost. It was built by a former ironworker for the people doing the work.","image":"https://gdm-catalog-fmapi-prod.imgix.net/ProductScreenshot/253d94f7-bfda-4fa5-bc66-9d2cf82d8ae9.png","url":"https://www.getapp.com.au/software/2068561/corfix","@id":"https://www.getapp.com.au/software/2068561/corfix#software","@type":"SoftwareApplication","applicationCategory":"BusinessApplication","publisher":{"@id":"https://www.getapp.com.au/#organization"},"aggregateRating":{"@type":"AggregateRating","bestRating":5,"ratingCount":230,"ratingValue":4.8},"operatingSystem":"Cloud, Apple, Windows, Linux, Chrome, Android, Platform ios, Platform ipad"},{"@id":"https://www.getapp.com.au/software/2068561/corfix#breadcrumblist","@type":"BreadcrumbList","itemListElement":[{"name":"Home","position":1,"item":"/","@type":"ListItem"},{"name":"Construction Management Software","position":2,"item":"/directory/28/construction-management/software","@type":"ListItem"},{"name":"Corfix","position":3,"item":"/software/2068561/corfix","@type":"ListItem"}]}]}
