Give excellent guidance, have a no-nonsense attitude (one of the reasons why the Danish and Dutch go pretty well together). Implementation went quickly. Very good instruction material. The best thing is that you hardly need this because sofware is intuitive. Last but not least FL has a "support" mailaddress which does an amazing job, reverting typically in a day.
