Some of our drivers are older, and have a difficult time with technology. Teaching them how to use the program properly (and getting them to do so without complaint) was the most difficult part of implementing this system. > > When we implemented Toro, their team came to visit us multiple times in person, including a two-day onboarding process. I am 25, as is the boss's son, and we required little to no instruction on how to use Toro because it was so user friendly. If you can change your wallpaper on your phone or computer, you can use Toro. The older generation had a small learning curve, but even the \[sensitive content hidden\] has now ditched his written books for our Toro program. It works great for our team, especially when our dispatchers get late night phone calls, because it is fully possible for dispatchers to work from anywhere with this program.
