### "A basic ATS with significant limitations for international recruiting" — 2.0/5

> **Pros**: Compleo covers the basic functions needed to manage applicants and recruitment stages. Its LinkedIn integration was particularly useful for adding candidates and supporting sourcing activities. It can be an acceptable ATS for a company that is just beginning to organize its recruitment process and does not need advanced features.

> **Cons**: Compleo was too basic for our recruiting needs at NTConsult. One of our biggest problems was that it did not accept international phone numbers or country codes, which was a serious limitation when working with candidates outside Brazil.

The platform also created duplicate candidate profiles, offered no meaningful automation or outreach sequences at the time, and had very limited reporting capabilities. Candidate search was difficult and unreliable, which made it unnecessarily hard to rediscover and reuse candidates who were already in the database.

> I used Compleo while working at a LATAM-based staffing agency. It provided the essential features of an ATS and was more organized than managing recruitment without a dedicated system. However, it was not well suited to an international or more mature recruiting operation.

The inability to register international phone numbers affected basic candidate management, while weak search functionality made it difficult to take advantage of the existing talent database. Combined with duplicate profiles, poor reporting, and the lack of automation and sequences at the time I used it, the platform created a significant amount of manual work.

Overall, Compleo may be sufficient for a company implementing an ATS for the first time, but I would not recommend it for a recruiting team that needs international hiring support, advanced outreach, reliable reporting, or effective candidate rediscovery.
