The notes and scheduling are simple and kept to what’s actually necessary in a therapy practice instead of adding a million buttons for other health care fields. The billing feature is amazing and even in its beta version so easy to use. The customer service is personal and very fast. The price is transparent and a monthly/yearly fee instead of a percentage for every bill you send which I think is fair and how it should be.
