Some of the details included were necessary and couldn’t be removed, as they were essential to the content. Despite this, and without offering any explanation or proper communication, the app simply disapproved the video and removed it altogether. We weren’t even informed about the decision. It’s frustrating and unprofessional to be treated this way, especially when users are paying for the service. > > I’ve been working on creating my video for the past two weeks, putting in so much time and effort to ensure it turned out well. Then all of a sudden, without any notice or explanation, the app decided not to approve it and even removed it entirely. Also, the monthly time limit allotted on the Starter plan is abysmal and waaaaay too low.
