DHC VISION eDMS provides users with all processes and functions to easily create, manage and publish standard documents such as SOPs, work instructions, specifications or guidelines. Also the trainings of the documents as well as presence trainings are digitized. The combination of SOP management (document control), training management and learning success control enables closed, seamlessly integrated processes without any media breaks.

The DHC VISION eQMS standardizes the controlled processes and intuitively guides users through the available tasks for processing deviations, complaints, measures, CAPAs, changes or audits. Reports, dashboard, custom task lists and reminders, escalations or notifications simplify the daily doing and provide the necessary transparency.

The DHC VISION software is well prepared for use in highly regulated industries. For the validation of DHC VISION, DHC offers a completely prefabricated set of validation documentation (Validation Accelerators), which only needs to be adapted to the individual situation of the company. Validation Services again minimize the effort for prospective validation.
