> **Pros**: Marketing Tasks - We are able to seamlessly manage and communicate with our agents via the Tasks function in Brokerage Engine. Through it, agents can request available marketing opportunities and the entire proccess, from creation to proofing to invoicing, is tracked for both the marketing manager and the agent, ensuring tasks are completed quickly and correctly every time. The reminder function has been a game-changer for our agents and has significantly reduced abandoned projects.  

Agent Management - We are able to easily store and access all necessary agent information, including personal information and media assests. Brokerage engine also allows us to easily categorize and track an agent's status within the company. 

Catalog - We are able to customize and easily maintain our own marketing catalog so that we can not only promote marketing opportunites to our agents, but  monitor our basic marketing options for listing and ensure pricing remains up to date. 

Listing Management - We are able to access and edit our entire listing inventory, both active and off-market. The ease of use with Brokerage Engine allows us to store all listing media (photography, videos, 3D tours) so that they are accessible to the agents and to the marketing staff. 

Seller Reports - The report functionality is amazing. Being able to consolidate web hits, geographical data, and completed marketing tasks has been a game-changer for listing retention and seller satisfaction.
