> **Pros**: It was a tool that came in handy as i was looking for items to help with internal audit findings - We were rated very good and i was looking to improve ratings.Using this has captured duplicate supplier set ups ( with good reason) and highlights for us to check if correct . Duplicate payments and duplicate invoices if keyed incorrectly. Saving alot of manual work .We are also trialling the statement rec feature to see how much time it would save the team  from carrying this out manually.

> **Cons**: Getting it installed with upgrades or new version and having IT involved the process is complicated and delays on boarding

> We have possibly recovered the initial spend on the product by stopping the payments - we would have probably stopped it anyway but this was done at the onset

The team at NXG are great to work with and they really do care about customer feedback, implementing change and improvements as a direct result of engaging with and listening to customers.

> **Pros**: NXG or Fiscal as we call it, is the perfect way to prevent your company from paying duplicate payments, I as a user have been using Fiscal for probably 10 years as a Local Authority we have prevented many millions of  pounds that is no exaggeration Fiscal as fully justified itself

> **Pros**: The NXG platform is a perfect solution that helps us to prevent risks to supplier payments from duplicates through to fraud. We manage our Master Vendor File regularly to remove duplication and also to monitor changes. We also use the Statement Rec module which saves a lot of time from manually reconciling supplier statements. I would highly recommend the statement reconciliation. 
 The Reporting tools provides us with KPI reports not only on the usage performance but also actionable insights to where errors occur so we can improve processes in our systems and operations.
