> **Pros**: The ease of use.  It is not about if, but when a business will be a target of fraudulent bank accounts.  Having a process that is easy to use and is not arduous for the payments team is essential.

> **Cons**: Being able to onboard existing suppliers with their insurances.  We have been able to achieve a work-around solution regarding this which has been good.  However being able to upload documents with expiry dates for existing suppliers would be useful.
> 
> We did not have any particular issues prior to using EFTSure.  It is just a matter of making our own systems more robust.  We have noticed over time that we do receive more and more scam and fishing emails, and whilst we have not been caught out yet, we wanted to minimise the risks to our business.
