Order search: You should be able to search Smartshyp by customers name, address, purchase history, etc. BUT only at this time can you search by order number or tracking number. This does make is almost impossible to aggregate data or just simply find your orders. Exporting Data: theres no simple way to do this, this process needs to be simplified by SKU, customer, customer frequency, etc. Importing CSV's: you shouldn't have to define columns per CSV imports, with the right import info this program should do it for you. Standard buttons for bulk shipping: there should be a selection of buttons that you can assign shipping weights, service + package types so users do not have to assign them everytime. Customizable packing slips: this has been a problem from day 1 for our company with SS. We've been notifying their team of the need for the quantity purchased to be bolded or bigger on each packing slip so our fulfillment team can see that. Overall with the cost, the user should be able to modify and customize the packing slip. > > Overall experience is off to a good start.
