Coast has made it easier for our employees to upload receipts on the go, instead of waiting until the end of the week and fumbling through paperwork. There is a slight learning curve, as with any new software, but if you dedicate the time to implementing the software correctly, the benefit on the back end will truly pay off. > > **Cons**: We had a rough onboarding with some of the individuals (not all) that were assigned to our account, it felt with certain features that were new, employees were not prepared to explain how these work or even aware of how to use them. As Coast continues to grow and roll out new features, it does feel unfortunate to have to be subject to those as they are improved, for example the new AI reader sent false notifications that receipts were incorrectly matched to an expense when trying to read receipts. I wish some of these features could be trial run prior to implementation or only released to accounts that agree to this. Personally, it is not a huge deal to me, but I know our guys in the field have limited patience with any new technology so I fear in situations like this the app will "lose their trust" and they won't use it as much. > > Overall experience has been positive.
