> **Pros**: I often have to work long hours and intense sprints, which makes taking time off even more important for my work-life balance. Fortunately, Briohr's leave and time off module has made it incredibly easy for me to request and manage my time off.

> **Cons**: The module is very user-friendly, and I love how I can easily request my time off through the Briohr platform, and see my leave balances and history. It's also great to know that my manager can view my requests and approve or deny them with just a few clicks. This has helped to avoid any confusion or miscommunication and has made the process of requesting time off a lot less stressful.

> What I particularly appreciate is that the leave module is fully integrated with Briohr's HR management system. This means that all my time off information is tracked and recorded automatically, and it's easy for me to see how much time I have available to take off.
