The documentation workflow process has been very customizable and straightforward. The integrations with RMM, PSA and network monitoring have been fantastic. Support has been great as well.

> **Cons**: I'm not sure if it's a con per se, but there are a lot of customization options. You need to design your documentation and workflow, but it wasn't too difficult to do with the pre-existing templates.

> I use Hudu constantly every single day; it is the first LOB application I open in the morning and the last I close. Accessing information stored in Hudu is critical to the completion of every single help desk job I see to and is the foundation of our business.
