> **Pros**: ETL is managed seamlessly by TDR. Delivering robust and reliable models before morning business hours. Reduces the strain on internal analytics function to manage this part of the data value chain. Allows us to concentrate on analysis and delivering insight to senior management and the wider business.

> **Cons**: A desired feature I would put on a wish list would be a transformation tool with version control should you wish to model landing data over the provided analytics model.

> Automation of reporting has given \>50 available hours back to the business. Access to curated reports built on datasets containing a multitude of data sources means there is now one location for viewing all data. The business is now more agile and can react to changing market conditions in close to real time rather than understanding the 'what' days or weeks after. Business insights are now generated and distributed rapidly. Within the commercial department, insights have led to changes in pricing strategies to improve margin and volume. In operational depts we have improved our picking and packing times and challenged warehouse cost increases through visibility of SLA breaches.The self-serve culture established by the ability to access reliable and accurate data with ease within a user-friendly environment has increased the analytical capacity of the business.We have increased confidence with our board by delivering timely, frequent and sophisticated reporting.

> **Pros**: Getting set up was really straightforward with a combination of self-service in the UI and their support team to help with the more complex connectors. The most valuable aspect for us is having our data in a model that we can use right away without having to perform any transformations. It allows us to get a near real-time view of our data with zero ongoing maintenance.

> **Cons**: There's very little not to like. With new features being launched all the time, we keep finding new uses for the product and the few blockers we had have been removed.
> 
> We've had a very positive experience working with The Data Refinery. Easy to set up, ticks all the security boxes, excellent support and saves us mountains of time to get our data in the right shape and producing insights - thoroughly recommend\!

> **Pros**: Customer service and support is absolutely first class.  Ease of set up (less than 24 hours).  Automatic connectivity to multiple ecommerce platforms, including Shopify, Google Analytics, Omnisend, Google Ads, Facebook Ads.  Customer data modelling including enhanced demographic attributes.
> 
> **Cons**: Some UI challenges and adding users/building new views involves a bit of friction - but we the team behind the product are hugely responsive and are improving these features and developing new ones all the time, at pace.
