> **Pros**: It helps to keep track of the loads and decreases the time that I spend invoicing and making driver settlements.

> **Cons**: It’s not easy to use. When you make a mistake, then you usually have to start over. Basically don’t make any mistakes or you will be wasting extra time for sure going back over what you worked on before you made the mistake. I also don’t like how we don’t have the option to include or exclude information on settlements, customer load number doesn’t automatically generate on the invoice portion, the commodity portion doesn’t automatically generate on invoices and these are all things that I have to manually type in. Also, on the settlements, it doesn’t give a year to date deduction amount.

> **Pros**: Simplifies order creation, dispatching, paperwork collection and billing.  Integrates with Geotab and Quickbooks Online.  Notifies customers with load status changes.  Superb customer service and continued innovation

> **Cons**: We have experienced a few bugs, but their team is very quick to correct them. Really, nothing significant.

> It has been a much smoother transition than we expected.  Truckbase has literally saved us 20 plus hours per week in duplicate tasks, order entry, dispatching, billing, etc.  The driver scan feature allows us to invoice almost immediately once the load is delivered, speeding up cash flow up to a full 7 days on loads that deliver on Mondays. The software and app are very user-friendly,  allowing smooth implementation even with our older, less tech-savvy drivers.  Customer service is superb in making sure we are satisfied, fixing/helping us through any issues that arise, and asking for suggestions on improvements.  And they are constantly innovating.  2 updates with very useful features have come out in the less than 2 months we have been using the software.

> **Pros**: I appreciated how user-friendly Truckbase is, especially compared to more complex TMS platforms. It streamlined key dispatching tasks and made it easy to track loads, drivers, and documents in one place

> **Cons**: While the platform is generally user-friendly, there were a few features that felt limited or not as customizable as we needed for our specific workflow. One improvement I’d really like to see is separating trucks and trailers into their own tabs, similar to how the Team tab divides drivers and dispatchers. Right now, having them grouped together makes it harder to manage and locate equipment quickly. A clear separation would make things much more organized and user-friendly.

It seamlessly integrates our dispatch system with QuickBooks Online, eliminating duplicate data entry and keeping everything in sync. The platform is intuitive and easy for everyone to use—from the back office to our drivers—making adoption quick and training minimal.

> **Cons**: If I must name a con, then it would be that there are no thumbnails of the rate cons and bills of lading when I open an order.

> Even with the initial pushback to change that I received from our drivers, this has been an incredibly easy transition and well worth the cost.

All the interactions have been inviting and handled with the highest level of professionalism. I would recommend Truckbase to anyone in the Trucking industry.
