One cool standout feature - Consolidates feedback from multiple sources, summarizes it and delivers it directly to Slack for easy access.

Overall - Makes it easy to flag bugs, pain points, customer wishes, and spot patterns quickly to close the loop faster.

Overall, the AI does a great job of helping us address critical areas, which would take more time if we manually went through the data.
