> **Pros**: Force centralization, users restriction and Data retrieval after deletion \& Internet policy to restrict WhatsApp, Restricted access to Pen drives.

> **Cons**: Sometimes customers support is very slow, Backend Software is not user friendly. Yearly one physical training secession for deletion of BPO data, recycle bins is required from your end as backend software is not very user-friendly.

> Overall we are happy with services of Blackbox and we recommend the same for small offices. However a years back we have faced a situation where our hard drive was corrupted and it took almost 4-5 days to  get it replaced and we had left with no data in our hand.

This is most inconvenient. Call centre person communication is not good as personal interaction with service technician.

> **Cons**: We are habituated to vendors visiting us for immediate resolution. However, we are slowly getting used to the online resolution. The problem is sometimes it takes 4-8 hours or several days for a person to contact us. Sometimes a ticket is not resolved to satisfaction but it is unilaterally closed by your associate. Pl make it a point to ensure that the person who has sold us the product visits us once every 3-4 months to ensure we are getting proper support.
