The organization of photos and notes helps me a lot.
I like how little time it takes to send a complete inspection to the agent and tenant.
I like the set up of spaces and area that are going to be assessed- it's easy to add and include new spaces areas because the app has suggestions.

I would also like to find a way to add written notes quicker when posting a photo. It tKes long going from the recently captured photo to then add a note - yoh have to go back and forth.
It would be nice if the caption button popped up as you have just taken a photo. It would be nice to be able to voice note on the app while there is no SIM card in the iPad - I can only voice note / transcribe when I am connected to a network.

Geotagging, date and time stamping ensures that tenant and landlord are happy and no one can dispute the authenticity of photos taken.  The comparison that is done between in-going and out-going inspections helps determine damages very quickly.
