Ws ist für uns Veranstaltungs-Winzlinge unglaublich wichtig, dass es so etwas gibt. Handhabung: Die Anlage von Events ist sehr einfach durchzuführen. Alles ist sehr übersichtlich und man wird gut durch alles geführt. Habe ich ein Event mit allen notwendigen Angaben angelegt, sind durch einfaches Kopiereren und wenige Änderungen im Nu alle Veranstaltungen erstellt. Wenn es mal Probleme gibt, z. B. mit der Anlage der Bankverbindung, ist der Support über E-Mail oder auch telefonisch gut zu erreichen. Bisher, d.h. die letzten drei Jahre, hat das immer sehr gut geklappt. > > **Cons**: In der kostenlosen Version gibt es für den Veranstalter keine Möglichkeit, bei Fehlbuchungen umzubuchen. Hat ein Kunde einen Termin falsch gewählt (das kommt vor) und will auf einen anderen Termin tauschen, geht es nur mit Stornieren (Gebühren gibt es nicht zurück) und Neu-buchen. Ich mache es händisch (auf der einen Seite das Kontingent erhöhen, auf der anderen Seite Tickets blockieren + manuelle Liste führen), was natürlich Zusatzarbeit bedeutet. > > Ich fühle mich damit insgesamt sehr wohl, es ist intuitiv beherrschbar und das Ergebnis (Event) sieht ansprechend aus.
