> **Pros**: As a new employee at Miles Lubricants, I had to quickly learn how our order processing and EDI system works with major retailers like Walmart, Home Depot, Tractor Supply, Amazon, Northern Tool \& Equipment, Grainger, and Zoro. We are also currently in the process of implementing Ace Hardware.
One of the tools we rely on heavily is SBSA Technology, and I have been pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to use.
The platform makes it very simple to manage EDI transactions with multiple retailers in one place. Orders come in clearly, and the workflow for processing them is straightforward even for someone new to the system.
One feature that stands out is the warehouse module. It allows us to generate shipping labels and required documents in bulk, which saves a lot of time when preparing shipments for different retailers. Instead of handling documents individually, everything can be processed quickly and efficiently.
