I have been working with the software for approximately 14 months and I sincerely appreciate how the Akoya support team actually listens to your suggestions and is always working to improve their product.

Pros

My favorite feature is the way AkoyaGO and GoApply work together -- saving time as we award grants and scholarships. GoApply V2 features a variety of enhancements, most notably the ability to capture third party data and the new form editor allows us to fully customize our scholarship and grant applications.

Cons

I like how Akoya products integrate with Microsoft Office but there was one instance when Microsoft deployed an upgrade and it negatively affected one of our daily processes. Thank goodness Akoya support put out a video and white paper to offer a work around.
