> **Pros**: By nature the rules of de-identifying data varies depending on the person. Privitar normalizes it amongst different people and departments, and making it it reusable. You simply design the flow and the rules, then can reapply as many times as needed.

There is a learning curve to be considered for using it, but the technical support is top-level.

> **Cons**: I think the deployment odf Privitar on the chosen server is a bit challenging, so you need either a strong IT department or external technical support.
