> **Pros**: With one click, it directly pulling data from the EBS withless user interference. And contacting the carriers based on user request and updating data back to EBS automatically. 

The updates for the product are well, if any changes occur at carrier end then AppsAssociates team updating their product. 

They provide few features like Freight Shopping Address Validation are very much useful for our shipping.

Their user training also very much cool and easy process. If once the Admin setups completed at our end the shipping process is very much fimiliar for us.

> **Cons**: Little tough to understand Admin setups. It has lot of options to choose. They provides user trainig and also documents but some setups are dependent. If we change setup, it effects many places. So for the new users it is little taugh.

> It reduces our shipping time and Human effort. Earlier due to lot of human interaction, we have seen few issues in our shipping but it automatically taking data from EBS and sending to carriers and updating the carrier response back to EBS. And also automatically printing the labels and other documents which are required for shipping.
