> **Pros**: It is easy to use in general. Most of the big hotel chains use it and live it because of the  easy way of connecting it with different other software.

> **Cons**: The look. The old opera looks and feels like win 95. After so many years I think it’s time to refresh it.

> **Cons**: Simple reports has an error as in you cannot create a new one. Many bugs.

> Oracle needs to improve their after sales support. Super slow in support.
