> **Pros**: The courseware provides an easy-to-follow path for learning complex software programs and features.  The interface is sleek and modern, and most importantly, intuitive to use\!  My users can easily navigate through the training modules with very little need for instruction and oversight on my part.  The courseware is logically designed and is consistent high-quality training material.

> **Cons**: Have not real encountered any.  Every software has its bumps and snags, but TutorPro resolves my concerns at lightning speed.   Most issues are found and resolved long before my trainees even realize there was a problem.  They are even great at responding to my user-errors\!

> We deploy TutorPro courseware as classroom curriculum at hundreds of U.S. universities to teach students how to use a multitude of software programs.  Thousands of new students use this courseware each semester.  TutorPro courseware has been the backbone of our program for almost 4 years now. > **Pros**: The eLearning materials are easy to follow, provide the appropriate amount of information per resource, and are easy to share (there's even a "share" feature allowing users to send a link directly to a specific resource).  The Knowledge Checks allow users to quickly and easily check to see if they are absorbing the information being provided without the pressure of having an official "quiz."
> 
> **Cons**: None that I can think of.  The courseware is extensive, user-friendly, and works well.
> 
> With a limited training staff and close to 500 users firmwide, implementing a Learning Management System was a necessity.  Purchasing an LMS with extensive content, in which we can also add our home-grown content, allows users to learn at their own pace and at their own convenience.

> **Pros**: I appreciate that not only does TutorPro offer a full array of topics, but each lesson is paired with a knowledge check. This is so helpful in that we could easily assign a section of courses to our learners and have them complete several knowledge checks to ensure that learning actually occurred. Another added benefit is that the courseware already comes divided into modules specific to our learners such as: Introduction, Advanced, etc.

> **Cons**: Some of the courses don't exactly duplicate our company's interface and application ribbons but for the most part they are really well done. Our users can get a general understanding and certainly the learning points can be applied to our systems easily.

> We love seeing our staff exploring the courseware on their own when they need extra assistance. This saves the amount of time our learners spend on technical assistance calls as well as with our learning and development team. It also promotes self-guided learning.
