It’s clear they truly care about their clients and take pride in providing top-notch service. Highly recommended\! We love the open enrollment option and the onboarding is great. Tasks are amazing\! And they have great alerts and reminders to help you never forget details for payroll\!

> **Pros**: Ease of use. Intuitive design. Customer support is great. I usually always get through to someone who I am familiar with, who is well-acquainted with our account, and is able to help. The tax/ YE team is great to deal with.

> **Cons**: In the pay entry screen, in the old design there used to be a grid view where all the employees were listed, and we used to be able to create a customized view for specific earning codes, so that we could enter earnings in one shot. This used to be super helpful, when entering e.g. bonuses to multiple employees.  Unfortunately that was taken away.

> Overall I've had a very positive experience. We've been with Empeon in one form or another for almost 10 years and are very happy.
