> **Pros**: The ease of assigning training videos to enrolled staff and their ease of logging in to view them. This the Trainery LMS does very well.
> 
> **Cons**: The remainder of the system NOT related to assigning/viewing videos. The tracking, and "Learning Management" is full of bugs, does not report accurate useful information, and feels very un-polished. The system feels like a beta test that shouldn't have been released yet. We have received stellar customer service from our account reps, but it seems that they don't have a lot to work with sometimes.

> This system, if it did all that was promised would be incredibly powerful and useful, but as it is I have spent way too much time working with technical support identifying problems and testing solutions for what was supposed to be a product that was ready to roll out.
