Robust copy protection is therefore essential for us. We transitioned from dongle protection to Nalpeiron back in 2021 and have never looked back. The transition — which is no small feat for a boutique company — was fully supported by the Nalpeiron team, ensuring a smooth implementation and seamless user experience. We believe that copy protection is important but should never get in the way of the user experience. Nalpeiron gives us everything we need, including subscription management and solid integration with our MOR sales partner, allowing us to embed copy protection seamlessly into our ecosystem.

In three years of business with Nalpeiron, we have had a total of 3 support tickets, which were mostly just questions. We are glad we did not add the unnecessary burden of building in-house, as it meant that we could focus on our actual product. Zentitle benefits you 20+ years of stability from the first day you launch your product.

> **Cons**: No ability to create custom paid-for trials. Only supports free anonymous trials. A solution for this is that you can create short subscriptions that you can upgrade via an API call into a full license.

In a particular case where Zentitle lacked the ability to control a feature on our end, the support team was more than happy to facilitate it on their end. The individualized care is what makes Zentitle stand out from other services.
