> **Cons**: It allows you to manipulate the average earnings calculation (via reducing the hours) to go below the legal requirement.

> I recommend this as the payroll platform for all my clients employment needs. As a user of Smartly for over 10 years I find it easy to use and have confidence the pay and holiday calculations are correct and comply. One touch pay processing and a fully automated payment proces stake the stress out of payroll for both my clients and I. Highly recommended :-)
