> **Pros**: The thing I like the most about Desktop.com is its user interface and user experience. Next, the ability to create new applications if they are not listed already. As well as its Vault feature is awesome.

> **Cons**: Desktop.com goes to maintenance mode frequently, also many times I suddenly log out from the software. As well as they should do more work on their Chats feature.

> I have been using Desktop.com for the past 1 year so far. But haven't experienced any difficulties so far. The performance of this software is smooth and fast and it is worth having. It's a great tool for productivity.
