I wanted to be able to enter the required information and recover the necessary background checks on a national basis for a reasonable cost.  I found CompuFACT.  I was able to speak with the \[sensitive content hidden\] of the company, who put together custom options, based on our needs at the time.  As we grow, they are continually here for us offering their expertise.  We are able to control the costs based on our needs at the time.  The flexibility and customization is great.  I love that I did not have to buy a $10K adjunct piece of equipment to attach to our HR/Payroll system.  For us, it was not cost effective.

> **Pros**: I really enjoy the ease and speed of the software. I use CompuFact on a daily basis, so I depend on it greatly and can't be bogged down with slow service. When I encounter an issue, the CompuFact service team are always eager to answer my questions. They also respond well to emails and voicemails; which, is such a big relief. It really makes me feel that they are taking my needs into account.

I don't have a lot of experience with violation terminology, so I need to verify with Compufact customer service what the violation pertains. They always have the answer and help me with every question I may have, so it isn't a terrible con.
